Terms of Service

Secondhand clothing. Every piece is one of one: there is exactly one, and once it sells it's gone. Pieces are sold as found. We describe and photograph each one honestly, including any flaws we find, but they have been worn before and may show it. Colours can look different on different screens.

• When you tap Buy now, we hold the piece for you for 10 minutes while you pay, even if you close the payment window. If you haven't paid by then, the hold ends and the piece goes back on sale.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds. If the piece sold to someone else while your payment was going through, we refund you in full automatically.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. The total, including any shipping charge, is shown before you pay.
• All orders are prepaid by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. There is no cash on delivery.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't fulfil, or one that looks fraudulent.

Orders can't be cancelled once paid, and we don't accept returns or exchanges. We refund in full only when we can't fulfil your order. The details are in our refund and cancellation policy and return policy.

We ship anywhere in India with Delhivery. Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping policy.

• You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email you. Keep your email account secure: orders placed from your account are your responsibility.
• Please give your correct name, phone number and delivery address.

Please use the site lawfully: don't misuse or interfere with it, and don't pay with someone else's payment details. The photos and text on this site are ours; please don't reuse them without asking.

We're responsible for sending you the piece you paid for, as described. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please email us at hello@svveetpea.com first and we'll try to sort it out with you. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
