Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India. If we can't deliver to your address, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

All orders are prepaid by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. There is no cash on delivery.

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout, before you pay.

• We usually pack your order and hand it to our courier, Delhivery, within a few working days of payment.
• Delivery then usually takes a few more days, depending on where you are.
• These are estimates, not promises: festivals, weather and courier delays can slow things down.
• When your parcel ships we email you, and you can follow it from Orders in your account.

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you pay. The courier may call you to arrange delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, get in touch and we'll work out sending it again; the extra shipping may be charged.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or still hasn't arrived well after the estimate, email us at hello@svveetpea.com (photos of the parcel help) and we'll take it up with the courier.
