Privacy Policy

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your delivery address.
• Your orders and whether they were paid.
• Anything you write to us.

There are no passwords. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email you. A cookie in your browser keeps you signed in.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. You enter your card, UPI or netbanking details with Razorpay, and we never see or store them. Razorpay tells us whether a payment went through, with a payment reference, so we can match it to your order. Razorpay's own privacy policy covers the details you give them.

• To take your order, pack it and send it to you.
• To email you sign-in codes and updates about your order.
• To answer your questions and sort out any problem with an order.
• To keep the order and payment records the law requires.

Each service gets only what it needs to do its job:

• Delhivery, our courier, gets your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your parcel and to call you about it if needed.
• Razorpay processes your payment.
• An email delivery service sends our emails to you.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

• We count visits with Umami, an analytics tool we run on our own server. It records things like the pages viewed, the site you came from, and your browser, device type and country. It doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you.
• When something breaks on the site, an error report goes to Sentry so we can fix it. A report can include technical details such as your browser, the page you were on and your IP address.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We'll do it, apart from records we have to keep, such as past orders and payments. To ask, email us at hello@svveetpea.com.
